He's been so helpful younger gentlemen with glasses and dark hair. When I come in the next time, I'm gonna feel embarrassed when I see him ????... there is a reason why we drive from Topeka, Kansas back up to Omaha just to get our Lexus serviced. All three of them plus, I'm sure your entire staff in my opinion is the reason why

I’m came in for an oil change and tire rotation . My tires are two years old . I was told I cannot have my tires rotated that I need to buy new tires for $1500. I told him I just had my tires rotated six months ago by Costco and was told the tires were in perfect condition. I also informed him that Costco said if I do need to replace my tires, it would cost $869 for top-of-the-line Michelin. So now I’m going to Costco to get my tires rotated by them. I do not believe I will be returning to Lexus for service and when I am going to buy a new car next year, I don’t believe it will be with you.
This service experience has made me a lifelong lexus customer. Dont change a thing i beg. I know the economy is going to **** so you will eventually want to take things away or make the quality of things you do worse but please dont. Im buying my mom a lexus my sister a lexus like genuinely A to Z everything was perfect god bless.
