Brandon was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He was a good listener and documented my vehicles concerns.
A lack of personal contact with the service technician made it difficult to understand the urgency or necessity of the repairs that were needed.
For this reason, I opted not to proceed with some of the recommended services.
At my Lexus dealer in NJ, the service advisor will always meet with me in person, or by phone once they get information from the technician.

I asked 2 different people to check out my tire when the vehicle was dropped off. When it was picked up, tire was not checked, it was rotated and flat

El joven Leo se esforzó mucho para atenderme después de que vio mi disgusto por el trato impersonal de parte de los asesores de servicio, ni siquiera me dieron un saludo de cortesía, no me pasaron a la oficina, el carro que me prestaron estaba sucio y el joven Leo de inmediato tuvo la disposición de solucionar el inconveniente y entregarme un carro limpio. Creo que les falta personal por qué vi mucho movimiento y una saturación de clientes esperando en el área de servicio, soy cliente de Lexus desde el 2002-03
I never got to meet with service advisor BEFORE carcwas serviced. I waited 1.5 hrs and was called only when oil change was complete. I wanted to go over some other issues, but never got to meet w service advisor until it was time to pay. I made appoi6on Saturday specifically because my service advisor was working that Saturday and I felt comfortable with him. Never met him, I was passed on to someone else I've never met or seen before. He could not adequexplain recommended service items or their cost. He did apologize, alot.when I left dealership I noticed the change engine oil indicator was illuminated. I returned to dealership. "Service advisor " took vehicle service bay and returned vehicle to me quickly, he joked that tech did not know how to reset indicator. I asked does he know how to change oil? I left dealership and then noticed grease on upholstery. Never had that before. It's obvious protocols have changed. I am considering taking my Lexus to Lube Express for next service.
