Well, I always appreciate the customer service that I received from my primary contact Kay, the service took way too long at which K also noticed and made a couple calls to see what was going on. Finally, I was told my car was ready after I had been waiting in the lobby for hours. Just to walk outside and to have to wait for another 30 minutes while the guys outside we’re joking around and I was kind of disappointed because this took half of my day off.
Yes, I am completely satisfied as always. Tony always goes above and beyond and makes my experience very pleasant and painless.

This was actually the best experience I've had. And I've been coming here for years. Even though my car did have a water pump that went out Vy, the service manager, and the technician all handled my situation with honesty and care. The replacement ended up costing less than I was quoted. Most places probably would've still charged that amount but Lexus didn't. That really impressed me and instilled my trust in the dealership and service dept as a whole. I won't ever buy a car or take a car for maintenance anywhere else.

The personnel were all very courteous and friendly. My only complaint was that it took 2.5 hours to install some mud guards and locking wheel nuts. The service manager made it right for my long wait and I left a happy camper.
