I had a great experience with Chris Santos. He did an excellent job, was professional, and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the outstanding customer service. I’ve already scheduled another appointment for my other Lexus because of the great experience. I’ll be bringing both of my Lexus vehicles here for all of my future service needs.
Our visit today to Crown Lexus was phenomenal.Tony addressed all of our needs and did his best to get us our car back as soon as possible. We were very happy with the care and customer service received by Tony, the lady receiving the loaner car, and the front desk lady( she is a gem). We will be back!
Arturo is great he is very patient and professional, he keeps me updated and informed on what is being done to my vehicle. The process is always easy when I take my vehicle in for service.

I was told my car was ready. Upon arrival, I had to wait 30 minutes before I finally got my car. There were several other people that arrived after me that got their car. I had to tell my representative several times that I was still waiting. She didn’t care. If my car was ready, why wasn’t it waiting in the express area like it usually is? I felt unimportant. I lease a new car every 3 years for the last 9 years. Maybe I’ll look elsewhere next time my lease is up
