Yes your customer service was great in many fields but the care you give is below average. I didn’t notice at first but when I got home and did the walk around of the vehicle after your service you completed I noticed one of your techs dinged my door handle and chipped the paint on it

I was a little confused when I scheduled my appointment because I believed it was for an oil change, which apparently was not the service that had been scheduled. Despite that, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service from the entire service department.
The two gentlemen who drove me to and from my nearby waiting location were both kind, professional, and courteous. Cesar, who seems to be the go-to person for all things technology, answered every question I had about my new vehicle with confidence and expertise. It was easy to see why he has earned that reputation.
The service was completed quickly, and every team member I interacted with demonstrated excellent customer care. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be reviewing the completed services with customers at checkout. However, everyone appeared to be at lunch when I picked up my vehicle, so that may be why it wasn't discussed.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and customer service provided by the team.

They couldn’t recreate the system error message but I did take a picture when it popped up this last time. I sent it to Paul Cooper, my service technician. This same error message has popped up on several occasions and I ignored it and it went away. I have been under warranty but I will soon be over 50,000 miles. I was told that when the problem happens again it will be covered under the full warranty.
