There was an issue with the repairs made to my vehicle, Billy Bailey confirmed it with me, and personally was involved in rectifying the issue in a prompt and expeditious manner. He is a wonderful and personable service representative, and Lexus of Colorado Springs should be lucky to have him.

In the past I received more personalized attention. Also, I received the video of my car with the inspection along with 2 notices of items that needed immediate attention. I would have expected that if something needed immediate attention that my service advisor would have called. After my calling my service advisor and asking questions I was told that these were suggested services, which contradicted needing immediate attention. I would be happy to discuss further.
