I reserved an RZ through the Lexus application. Upon my arrival at the Sarah location, I was introduced to Joel. When I proceeded outside, I observed what I believe to be a Lexus NX or NZ model. I attempted to address this discrepancy, but I recognized that my husband would not comfortably fit into a vehicle of that size. Consequently, I departed. Upon seeing the vehicle I was provided, my husband inquired about the situation. I contacted Lexus again and requested to speak with Joel. After approximately an hour without a return call, I visited the dealership to resolve the matter. While I was speaking with Joel, he informed a colleague, in my presence, that I did not want the car. This was inaccurate; I had requested an RX and was presented with a vehicle of his choosing. I then went outside to inspect a parked RX, which was notably unclean, both internally and externally. I was significantly distressed and pressed for time, and I chose not to re-enter the dealership after my second visit. I am a loyal Lexus customer, but I am uncertain about returning to the Sarah location given the experience I encountered.

People are competent and friendly. Scheduling needs help. I’m disappointed in the wait time for service. Should I really have to wait three hours for switching out snow tires and getting them balanced? If my appt is at 8:00 why was it at least after 9 am before work started? Perhaps there’s a more efficient way to schedule to reduce the wait time for customers. Thank you
Tony is great! Always an example of great customer service. As I have always said, I’ve had a Lexus since 2008, aside from loving the car and being built so well I stay with Lexus because of their service. I’ve had a Mercedes, a BMW and a Mazda, Lexus is by far the absolute best service..
Sales on the other hand, very mediocre.

Lexus always takes care of me. They offer a fantastic warranty and their customer service is top notch. I never have to wait long and I’m offered a rental car if the service will take some time. Lexus customer for life!

I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation at 4:00pm on 4/23 and it was still not ready at 10:30am on 4/24. I was told that they needed to have synthetic oil ordered? I booked my appointment in advanced, so I'm not quite sure why that happened. I live in Denver and drove down to have this appointment, because I have a service contract agreement with a sister dealership (Honda of Olathe, KS) from when I purchased my vehicle. The service members could not figure out how to honor this contract and my services were not completed. So I had to reschedule for this upcoming week. Everyone was friendly, but I was pretty frustrated at the situation as a whole. I have previously worked with Eirick and he was GREAT as far as my situation is with the service contract, as well as keeping me informed/updated.
