Sam Lamas gave me excellent service. He clearly explained to me what the mechanic who worked on my car suggested I needed so that I was able to make the correct decisions. After the maintenance was completed, Sam went beyond what I would have expected and walked me to my car and solved a problem that I had been having with car Play. J M Lexus is lucky to have such a stellar employee.
