I just came in for a oil change and was was given the the 40,000 mile service which would’ve been OK but it involves rotating tires and a new cabin air filter which would’ve been fine but I had just bought brand new tires and had them installed and at my 30,000 mile service had the cabin air filter installed. I was in a hurry and just sign something. I did not know what I was signing for and maybe five or six minutes after I had left I called the dealership and let them know. I do not need tire rotation because the tires were brand new and I also told them that I had just replaced the filter so don’t replace it. When I showed up to pick up my car a different person. A young lady gave me the bill and the those procedures that I called the day prior and ask them not to do had been preformed.when I told her about this there was nothing she was willing to help. She stood there and stared at me like a deer in the headlights. I think it was very deceitful and I know better for next time if I come back. When I called to tell them not to perform those procedures I reiterated not to perform those procedures and was assured they would not be performed. transparency is the key to life,Business ,friendship.

Nothing special or crazy to report. Overall we thought the service, people and facility was fine.
It took a little bit to figure out what was wrong with my car, the squeaky noise was very hard to detect, but the persistence of the team paid off and they were able to diagnose my car successfully and remedy the problem to my satisfaction. I am very happy that my car is fixed and they got to the bottom of it.
