I went for a diagnose and the service advisor told what the problem was, the only problem is that he wants me to pay $550 for a 2 hour labor to replace a sensor that is very easy to get through and for the part the required to be replaced for $295, I called the parts department at this dealership and was told the the part cost $170, I feel that this service advisor is not being honest on the price he was quoted me and trying to order a part that cost $170 for $295

The telephone team were great to have reminded me to make an appointment for service as well as the recall and found me a convenient appointment that worked well with me.
Jake and staff checked me in quickly with ease and confidence. He was thorough with the steps and events. Jake also suggested a rental car which made my day uninterrupted.
The communication through Lexus system was cool that included a video of what was done (tire rotation).
And just like that, the service was completed and off I went.
