This was my first visit to your location. Jack took excellent care of me and had my car done before the time promised. He was very kind and reviewed my multi point inspection with him. After coming from the Toyota dealership with the same service advisor for many years, I was nervous starting over at Lexus. Jack made me feel at ease.
Not satisfied, we did not do anything did not like the attitude of Daniel and the parts that they said they were going to change were not all the part they told us, we will reschedule the appointment.
Daniel was very nice, JM Lexus should be proud to have him working there
