Adam was a delight! He did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the process! I understand that the service department was extremely busy so having the loaner car made this so much easier for me. Michael, who assisted with the loaner vehicle, was awesome too!

Took seven days of phone calls to get through to the Service Dep to schedule my next 6000 mlle maintenance. i was told your phone system was down for a couple of days, but the two messages I left (one on voicemail and one with a live operator) were ignored. Finally, when I called a third time, Donna your operator intervened and had me hold the line whooe she walked over to Service and got someone on the line.The appointment went smoothly. Adam was polite and helpful.
