When I called to make the appointment I asked how long it would take and was told 1 hour. It took 3 hours. I was very upset that it took 3 hours.
As usual, great service. I always wait in your lounge which is always comfortable. Travis did a great job of keeping me informed of where we were in the service time. Its actually a pleasure bringing my car in for service.

Tino is the best! Tino understands that time is of the essence for me and had me in and out first thing in the morning. The loaner vehicle was ready for me. Such a smooth transaction. Tino provided me with progress updates on my vehicle. He is the reason why I choose to have my vehicle serviced at Crown Lexus.

In the paper work they put they did tire rotation
In one of the tires i think they did not,because one of the tires in the back was in the same position the pivot did not have cover before i took the car to the dealer.they did not give me the results of the multipoint check up
