Wasn’t happy with my initial service on Jan 30th. I left with all the same issues. Low battery and low coolant level. I called in and they said to bring it back. So it seemed as though nothing was completed. Which is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Started having software issues and knew I had to take it back in. A very capable woman answered the phone when I called to make an appointment, I asked if she could see things were completed and she did!!! Her and my technician made my day!! Fixed all the issues and had me back on my way! Never have I been so grateful for people to do their job. The last thing I have time for is car issues. That’s why I bought a new car in the first place.

Overpriced to begin with, then trying to use scare tactics to sell services over $3,000 for something that “might”, or “has been known to” happen. This vehicle has less than 45k miles on it. If that’s the case there’s either a serious quality problem from Land Rover and/or they should be issuing a recall for it. We won’t be back. And we won’t be purchasing another Land Rover.
