Katerina was both courteous and polite. She ensured that the mechanic understood that the vehicle needed an in-depth inspection to prepare for a road trip. As a result, the mechanic identified that the tire jack was missing!
We appreciated the detailed inspection and service that was provided.

This was by far the best experience I e w we had when having to deal with a car dealership. Kat was awesome & Dale also worked hard to find me the exact vehicle I wanted (couldn't get my fiance on board unfortunately) but everyone I interacted with (even Cooper) were super friendly and helpful!
