Exceptional service! I was greeted by a friendly Service Staff right through the door. Noah W. was assigned to me and he was professional and respectful throughout my service appointment. It was my first time at this dealership/service department and I am a first time Land Rover owner. Noah provided me with a lot of maintenance advice and answered all of my questions. I chose to wait while my vehicle was serviced and the dealership/waiting area had a great atmosphere. I actually wouldn't mind waiting around again for my next appointment. Overall, 10/10 service experience for me. Thank you!

Erin is wonderful! She’s always upbeat and friendly! Erin definitely goes above and beyond for her customers. She makes maintaining my Range Rover easy! Erin has dealt with my warranty company multiple times on my behalf which is so appreciated. She gets me scheduled for service when it’s convenient for me and she knows I live far so she always makes sure that there’s a loaner vehicle available for me. I say this because other service departments don’t always do this! Erin knows the meaning of customer service and Arrowhead Jaguar is lucky to have her!

Noah was great to work with. He got us in and out quickly and was very honest. He didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary fees. He was very personable and shared about his family and their story and allowed me to share a little about mine; we didn’t feel like just another customer. Thank you for being compassionate. My son and I appreciate you and the level of service you provide!

Leland was once again a true professional with great customer service. The man deserves a raise. He kept me informed when things came up and worked with me around my crazy work day. Very pleased with his engagement on my vehicle as well as his outstanding personality. Dude is a stud.
