Allen was cool and helpful as well as upfront throughout the service.
He communicated well and in timely manner. We just drove the F Pace from Washington to AZ and he was able to get me a loaner as well as take care of my vehicle within a few days.

The people are great, friendly, etc but I had total sticker shock by the price of my service. It was a basic oil change and tire rotation and was over $1400. I should have asked the price when I set up the appointment. If I would have known, I would not have brought my car in. Very disappointing.

It was brought in for service and they broke a panel on my 2 year old Range Rover. Although they plan on fixing, I question how something like that happens.

I had a great experience with my salesman and then a bad experience with another service advisor. Went to a different dealer for a couple of things, but decided to give arrowhead another chance. Cody was awesome. Customer service was great. I will be returning to the dealership because of Cody and Marcey.
