I rarely do this type of thing. It's not my job to do. Why do you have a manager if they have to ask others things like this?
Wondering why our service ticket for the Cam phasers issue, etc we had serviced was closed without our knowledge? We were told it was to remain open.

Went in for a warranty issue, 12-26-22, I was told parking sensor would be ordered & painted then I would be contacted when it was ready to schedule an install date, over a month later, still no call. I called and I was transferred to parts department, guy said he seen the part was going to get back to me, he never did, a week later I talked to Eric in service he said he would check into it and would get back to me. A week later still no call back. No call back!
Yes, **** and the other guy were very professional, nice, and able to answer all my questions. The only thing out of their control was the price to change 1 taillight bulb which I can do myself in 5 minutes and save $47 in labor. But very good service from them both!!!
