I recently had my 2017 Ford Raptor in for a recall with my tailgate and an oil change. My truck now when running and in park will not open the tailgate. Also the skid plate is now missing a screw to hold the skid plate on and it looks as if they were put back on with an impact that stripped out the skid plate metal. I have a catch can that I checked after the oil was replaced and the catch can was not emptied when changing the oil. I now need to make another appointment in with you to get the missing bolt for the skid plate installed and the wiring fixed for the tailgate.

Front desk lady was rude at pickup up and it appears a cover is missing from my sensor that is bad. Johnson motors originally installed this part and now are trying to have me pay 1200 dollars to fix a repair that was done subpar. Very disappointed in the service. Was also forced to pay a 165 diagnostics fee to get my car back when the shop missed my 730 appointment time by 6 hours. One would think a fee like this would be waived in this instance. This type of service is why car dealerships get bad names
