To Johnson Motors Management/Service Manager
I just finally got my vehicle back from your shop after a botched repair job that started last Weds. this has intruded on the little vacation time I get and forced me to return from out of town early today to deal with getting this resolved. It looks like the Labor for this job was $1450.01-(Invoice#207199)My question to you is how much is my time worth?

As soon as I received the notice that the parts were available I called and I was informed that the parts would be ordered and I would be informed when the parts were in. I was never informed. I tried this again a month later same results. It took a call to Ford cooperate to get things done finally. The service manager left a voice mail that the parts were in.
I informed Erik that I needed to be somewhere important after my appointment and he accommodated my request. I was very appreciative about that!
You are lucky to have Brady as an employee. He has a excellent mixture of professionalism and warmth. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable asking him any questions. As a customer I felt I was his number one concern during our interaction. This is what brings me back to johnson motors.

Would you be interested in buying the ford escape. 2016. The mileage is not very high. The cars were taken care of very well. It still does have a loan against it at this time. I’m not sure how much we bought it from Cox motors. I would like you to give me an idea of what I’d be looking out if you bought it from me my phone number ****-****-xxxx. My wife is going through congestive heart failure and topped off with a bad stroke I need to get out from under the payment.

When I called to make this appt, I requested a loaner vehicle but was told the recall work would be around an hour and that it would be done today (Thursday). I never received a call that it was completed and now we’ve had to make arrangements to borrow someone else’s vehicle tomorrow. I am not happy with this.
It would have been better had I been updated after an hours time, as to why it was going to take over 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation.
Coming from a customer service background of over 43 years, always keep the customer updated. Goes a long way.
