I had a coupon for 74.95 for oil change and ture rotation. When completed Eric told me it was 99.00 I reminded him of the coupon and asked to speak to a manager he went and talked to someone then honored the coupon price. I also to not feel that all the up sale is needed or wanted by most customers.

Customer service from Cale was great! He went through everything, explained it thoroughly! However I had asked to have my floor mats vacuumed due to the salt from the winter was on them. When I came to pick up my truck, Cale opened doors to show, and explain what was done. I should have taken a better look while I was there. After I got home, I was going through my truck. The backseat drive side my carpet was pulled up. I was able to tuck it back in, however my floor mat was was put back incorrectly. In the backseat passenger side, the floor mat was pushed up, and not seated correctly. I called Cale immediately. He said it would be corrected, and I could bring it back. I feel for the amount of money I had just spent. I should have never been called to let me know it was ready for pick up. With the condition the floor mats were in. Especially when the Tech KNEW it did not go back the way it came out. He openly admitted he forgot it relay that information to Cale in front of me. Then for the troubles I received by having to come back to correct this matter, when this should have been corrected before I even came to pick it up. For the toubles I was offered a $10 off coupon for my NEXT oil change... I feel it should have been credit to me immediately, again as I had just spent $1,300 there. Now I understand these things happen, but the point is. Someone should have gone through it to make sure it was truly ready to be picked up. It should be sent home in either the same condition or better then the way it was dropped off.

Everyone was super friendly! No problem there. I did have to wait for a solid hour for an oil change/tire rotation. I was told 1/2 hr. The reason for the delay I was told was due to paperwork and a phone call. I wish that I would have been brought up to date with a progress report.

I was disappointed the car was not at least wiped down after completing the repair. It was an interior dash and under steering wheel repair of an electrical module snd cable. When the service was complete and I paid for the service I noticed the car was pretty dirty with smudges on the dash components and displays and moldings and surfaces. The driver door had grease or boot scuffs on the inside. It’s a light cream colored interior. There was also small pieces of plastic in the console surface and in the cup holders. The floor mats were found on the rear leather seats. It was pretty obvious the car was not even wiped off/down at all at the end of the job. I am the only driver and I maintain the car interior very well. It will just take me some time to clean up the mess that was left but very disappointing following a large repair bill for work on the interior of the car. Very sorry to complain but I was just surprised to have this experience at Johnson’s.
