Vehicle good to drive but still has a service warning that is very difficult to analyze. A good effort was made and a plan to fix it was presented. Everyone was informative and respectful.Good effort.

First, Colton’s customer service was phenomenal. He’s ready and smiling as soon as you pull in the bay. The job was done quickly and the ticket was closed out fast. The thing that I’m not happy with was that he used my ford pass points that I was saving for other uses in the future, he didn’t even ask if I wanted to use them.

Doesn’t a tire rotation include a pressure check? If it does they definitely did not do it, as all four tires are different , between 35-39.
