I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received during my recent visit.
George did a great job being attentive not only to me, but to other customers as well. I truly appreciated how he provided a clear and comprehensive estimate of the service duration, and also offered shuttle service, even though I chose to stay.
While waiting, I noticed how thorough and considerate he was with customers who arrived after me. He made sure to walk them through the process, guide them to the waiting area, and reassure them that they could reach out if they needed anything. That level of attentiveness did not go unnoticed.
Overall, the entire team demonstrated what true teamwork looks like. Staff members regularly checked in with customers and stepped in to assist whenever needed. It created a very welcoming and well-coordinated environment.
George went above and beyond by providing timely updates and thoughtful recommendations throughout my visit. You have a great employee and an amazing team.

MR. GEORGE , was very patient and understanding throughout the whole service process. He was very attentive to all of my questions and followed up with me during the service. I highly recommend him and I wouldn't trust my car anyone else .

George was wonderful. Mechanic didn't catch the battery dead the first time I brought it in 1 month ago despite me telling them that the battery was likely dead, causing me to have to bring it in again when the car died last week again. I also explained to them that something else must be wrong that's causing the car 12v battery to die, but they said they don't know what's wrong so I still know my car is bad

The service advisor was great! The dealership wasn't. They constantly over-promise and under deliver. I was told over the phone when booking the appointment that this would be a 1.5 hour job and it took 3.5 hours. I have to imagine this is due to kia over scheduling appointments/walk-ins. Again, not my service advisors fault, he was great

Angelina was great. Jennifer did a great job with loaner car. I know my heater is not working correctly. I don’t think it’s normal for my tachometer to not register and my car travel slowly as if it was a golf cart. The tech team couldn’t find anything wrong. Frustrating to know that I will have to come back at some point to report the same issues. I do love my Carnival!

Emilio was awesome, he build an instant connection and answered all of our questions. My only concern was with the people who worked on the car, I had a low air tire alert, it’s a bummer it wasn’t taken care of given I took the car for an oil change usually it comes with a quick inspection of car.

First of all, I left the service area without anybody explaining to me what was exactly done on my car. I was just asked to pay, given the receipt, that’s it! NO DESCRIPTION NOR EXPLANATION ON WHAT WAS DONE ON MY CAR. Secondly, almost 3hrs waiting without any follow up nor update, until I got up my seat and asked if my car’s ready! Terrible experience. I can’t wait for my lease to be over. Never again driving a KIA to avoid their very poor service department.
