brought my car in with a diagnostic signal . told me it would be 4-5 days turned out to be 8. after $1500 the indicator comes back on 24 hrs after bringing it home

Michelle is great, but the wait is unreasonable. I had an appt at 5:30pm but didn’t leave until 8:30. Service was an oil change. Also, I’m finding more things not covered under the “contract”. That’s on me for not reading the fine print, but was literally sold on it won’t the understanding that I will not pay anything out of pocket except for tires.

Very deceiving sales tactics. I asked for an oil change and was offered a 300 dollar and 700 dollar package. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself, and be told, “ we don’t offer what you got last time”

Great service and personal attention. Was given a three hour schedule but car was finished in a little over two. Very efficient and well managed. Despite its distance from home, I would definitely consider using the facility for not only major repair but general service.

I wish there was more of an explanation of the different service levels I could chose. I originally planned to get the value but he went and recommended the highest service level without an explanation.

Eric was very kind while asking me the generic questions after bringing in my vehicle with an appointment. He was happy to know I came earlier as it takes a lot of time while at the counter trying to get information and check-in. He was very polite and answered my “first time hybrid owner” questions as it’s time for servicing they is new to me with this type car. He quickly made sure I had everything filled out and answered my questions even telling what they’d look for and why I had recalls. Then he made sure I had a ride as it would take a few hours. Before I left he sent a text so I could reach him if anything else came up on my car inspection. When I arrived back after the call came it was finished, he made sure I got my car keys back and just for added measure he walked me to my car. I’d say that was the kindest service I’ve ever had at any dealership since owning two other cars at different dealerships. Thx KIA!!!
