Ernesto was very great to work with! Kept me updated with everything that was going on with my car and gave me all details up front so that there was no confusion of the work involved while I waited. More than pleased with the services received at this location.

Eric was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He patiently went through every item I was due for and explained everything to me and made me confident and comfortable with proceeding with the visit. He answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me on any decision making. It made the experience pleasant.

George is the only person in the service department more worried about his job than his Starbucks order. He provided me all information needed and does a great job of balancing my concerns as well as Kia's best interest. Starbucks isn't even good.

All service was great. Would’ve liked to have loaners on standby while vehicle is being serviced rather than being on waitlist. Other than that minor inconvenience, I am pleased with the service provided.
