Kia covina and Ernesto were very professional and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this service center and dealership. Seven from the selling side also was very helpful and professional. I came to this dealership from Temecula because the one we have in this city is very untrustworthy but kia covina team lived up to a 5 star rating. You all were great. Thank you

Amazing job! Was not greeted how I would have liked from other employees but Danielle made sure to correct the situation and help me out. She went above and beyond ! You need more employees like her .

Our Sorento keeps losing oil every 500 miles. A quart of oil has to be added every time. My car was not taken back to be looked at.
We are always on top of getting the Sorento maintenance prior to it's scheduled service. We have receipts for everything from our auto mechanic.
We are aware that there was a lawsuit in regards to this same situation that we are going through and yet Kia will not fix the problem.
A mechanic came out and spoke to my husband, who completely understood our situation, but wasn't able to assist us.
When we were scheduling our appointment, we were told there were cars with the same situation that were being serviced with a new engine. So, I find that quite odd why couldn't our Sorento be repaired. Regardless if a person has a warranty or not, Kia should be held accountable for all the issues people are having.

I have lost trust in Covina Kia as I feel he was trying to take advantage of us by charging more than what should be charged for the service we had done. When I first checked in I asked for a print off of breakdown and only one piece of it had a breakdown and rest was clumped in so couldn’t see what being charged for each piece of service. Was told one price when dropped off then when showed up to pick up were told a price several hundred dollars higher. So we asked for a breakdown again and this time were provided a breakdown with higher price where if we didn’t stand there to investigate the pricing we wouldn’t have seen that he was trying to double charge for labor. Once we called it out he all of a sudden changed the total amount to take it off. No I am sorry or I made a mistake ….you can decide if it was a mistake or not. I am now questioning how much we were still overcharged for the service and am questioning previous service also. Lastly it took very long for them to bring the car around.

Your service manager Mike help me when I brought my car in because some other company said there was a leak Mike found out and he’s sent the paperwork in to get the work done Free. So I just want to say thank you Mike for helping my wife and I. Ever since going to Kia your service managers have been a great help. They show me that they care more about the customers than any other dealership that I had to go to.. Matter fact, this is my wife second or third car from Kia.
