Delay in response. Seems like departments and staff don’t communicate with each other. Need to follow up more than 3 times to see what’s going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was at the dealership for almost 4 weeks. Been paying for a vehicle that I can’t use. Just lack of communication. Very dissatisfy.

Your service prices are too high. Wait time is ridiculous without a service rep to update you on anything. I have been a customer for a long time. I have bought 2 cars with Kia and this service experience has been the worse. Hope I don’t ever have to come back.

We did not leave our vehicle with Covina Kia. the price of $303 for just an oil change is insane. We just got the same service at Jiffy Lube for 55% less. And the customer service was way nicer.

Staff greeted me right away. My advisor was pleasant and respectful. Service maintainance was done in a timely manner and they kept me updated while working on my vehicle. So far great customer service.

I was not given a clear time frame on how long it would take to get my car fixed. Every time I called, there should be an answer by the next day. Never reached out to give me any updates. All I received were text messages to not hesitate to reach out, any questions or concerns etc. when I respond to the text, NO RESPONSE. This is not the first time that I have been here and received this type of service. This will be the LAST TIME that my family and I bring our vehicle to COVINA KIA. I will also spread the word about such horrible service that I received here.

George is always great. I was on a cruise for the week and I wasn't able to respond to the text messages I received. My wife took my car in for the oil change. The bill was 300 and is too expensive to continue to get oil changes here. However, I have no complaints with my service here. Thank you George for your professionalism and you are always accommodating and helpful.
