I’ve always received great service with getting my service at Kia I’m always treated with respect the service is always Awesome and I gladly thank everyone mr Willis always does. a nice job he answers all my questions I always feel comfortable when I’m there getting any kind of service

I did not appreciate a diagnostic fee imposed for a service that would be covered under warranty. Then an additional diagnostic fee if I wanted something else checked. I did not have this at another dealership I visited.
