Service manager was welcoming and dealership waiting area was clean….but over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable.

Would have liked to have waited as I had requested but was told that it could take all day. I had my husband come to pick me up and less than an hour later the car was done and had to have someone drive me back. I could have just waited as I requested.

You need to stay in touch with your customers waiting for service 4 weeks its been since they ordered a part for my car now call or email to let me know the part is still not in. We call and no one ever answers we leave a voice mail and no return calls ever.

My car receive prompt quality service in a timely manner, in addition to the exceptional customer service. I was greeted upon arrival, escorted to a Service area waiting room, then a gentleman escorted me back to my car once service was completed. I was handed a printout of work completed, thanked me for my loyalty, patronage. I will always recommend Crowley Kia for new, pre-owned sales and service. Thank you ????
