I asked for two additional issues to be checked. When I finally checked out 37 minutes after my husband (who has never been the person receiving communication) received the text that the car was ready, I inquired about these items. The person checking me out said there were no recommendations except the air filter would need to be changed next time. I’m frustrated that nobody attempted to let me know the car was ready even though I told them I was waiting, my husband all of a sudden is receiving the communication (never has before this visit) and I now have to come back another time to have the additional issues checked. On the way home I glanced at the sticker for return. I assume it was changed because the mileage seems correct but the date is 4/21/21 which is 6 months ago. I am pretty easy going and any one of these would be frustrating, but all of these together in one visit is difficult to overlook.

Wish you had the part thst was needed. Really couldn't understand because that was the recall reason why I brought my car in and sched2uled the appointment weeks early.

My appointment was on time. I was in and out on time. My car was cleaned and looked like it was new.

Even though I know my car couldn’t be washed due to replacement windshield it would have been a nice touch to at least vacuum inside. It’s always so nice to get a new shiny car after bring it to the shop.
