Samuel was great and communicated throughout the day via text. I didn’t meet him, but did meet and talk to Jacob several times on the phone, and he was very helpful. The shuttle service is awesome, as well! I don’t know the name of the older mustached man who shuttled me to work, but he and Garrett, who picked me up, were also very kind. I love the service here and will never use another auto department as long as I drive a Kia.

When communicating with a customer the language should be clear and specific.
The service rep used the words "in good hands". This does not tell me wether my car has arrived or not.
