Services provided by Kia we’re perfect.
My issue is with the towing company. They posted that they would be here shortly and then it was an hour and a half before they finally got here. The driver provided stupid information to me saying that the problem with the car cold weather disable the car. The temperature has not fallen below 45° And the car is been in the attached garage the whole time there is no way that this problem was caused by cold weather. Old battery is likely the Primary colors primary colors

My seatbelt is still alerting me(beeping and light in) while I’m driving and my seatbelt is connected. I know they drove it around yesterday and none of that happened while they had it. So the issue is unresolved and I’m not sure what else to do about it. Staff were wonderful.
