Jonathan was very pleasant and professionally.
Eduardo was also very helpful, pleasant, and professional. He demonstrated teamwork, helping when Jonathan was assisting another customer or on the phone.

He did great! I love Peltier Kias service. My only complaint which isn’t towards him….. I miss when the technician would send a video to you showing what was good and wrong with your car. It made the visit personal and it was great. Please bring that back I haven’t had that my last 3 visits

I had a great experience. They took my car immediately, explained everything, and I was out of there so quickly. I expected to have to spend the whole day. I was also glad I got to wait inside. I was going to walk to Panera to work, b/c the person who scheduled me said I wouldn't be able to wait inside. Inside was much more convenient.
