I was completely satisfied with Brian. His pleasantness, honesty was appreciated. He told me exactly what needed to be done, nothing more. Kenny(mechanic) explained what was done and made good suggestions.
I waited while the work was done and was very very satisfied. Thank you Brian, Kenny, Ashley.

Kia Representative was friendly and provide information on repairs or suggested repairs. Did not talk down to me as some have sometimes done in the past.

The website to make appointments was working this time.
It seems that more staff has been hired. Nice to see so many women.
Staff attitude has improved. Always nice to feel valued as a customer rather than feeling like Kia is doing me a great big favor. Good job!????

My service was excellent as always. Anthony was very courteous. He made sure I was aware of the start, halfway point, and completion of my service. After my service was completed he came with my paperwork explained my services done and walked me out to my car. Extremely helpful.

Anthony was very pleasant, thorough, answered all my questions and explained my options for service needed.Anthony even took my car to the car wash because they forgot to wash it after the repairs. Excellent customer service.
