Ashley was great, dropped off vehicle and y'all had my info ready to go, did the recall very quickly and called and texted when it was done, also my vehicle was washed. Great service, I'm a diesel tech at a Ford dealership and been working with Ford for 36 years, it's good to see people who care. That's rare now days, thank you

I bought a used car for my son, I drove it 30 minutes and started having issues with it. The temperature gage turned on, it started beeping and the the check engine light came on. I called KIA and was told to bring it back. I wastold when I bought it that the cars are thoroughly inspected before being sold. I'm not sure if this was the case as there was an obvious leak. I could see coolant all over the ground when I pulled over.

I went to Sams Club and they had the same tire for 30.00 cheaper but Sams said the tire would take 3 days. I called Kia and they initially told me they had 2 of the tires. I left Sams went to Kia and was told the tires were sold and they would get tire for me the next day. Next day has turned into 5 days. i could have saved 30.00 and had my tire since Thursday. i skipped going to see my son play football because I could not drive long distance with a repaired tire. Highly disappointed. The road side service was very poor also.

I understand your location maybe short staffed but to expect customers to leave their vehicle on the lot for 3 to 4 days for a technician to look at it is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I left my car there 11/11/2021 at 2:00PM and over night to be checked for oil issues and when I called the following morning to pick my car up I was told that nothing was done to it and it basically was just sitting there overnight. I am highly upset considering that this is my only vehicle and I spent almost a $100 on Uber to get around for nothing to be done. I wasted time and money!

Russel was great, the receptionists that answer the phone on the service department were no help and not accommodating, quickly to point out what they couldn’t do without finding a solution to the problem. That’s a red flag on customer service and needs to be addressed for the better of your business, thankfully Ken found the solution.
I love my car, just don’t quite love the effort that is lacking in some of the personal.
