Very happy with the service from Kia of Abilene. They worked me in for my 7500 mile service. They were courteous, helpful and told me that all was well with my vehicle. Of all the service departments that I have dealt with this is the best one. Will definitely recommend Kia to my friends and family.

I like the fact that I can feel confident that when I bring my car in for an oil change that is getting checked for other possible issue. Like today there were 4 other areas of concern of which I was able to take care of 2 of them today.

Nobody answers emails texts or returns calls. Almost impossible to get a hold of someone. Trying to schedule my tires to get replaced. My girlfriend and I have texted emailed and called and tried to return a call that we received before thanksgiving with no return. We left a garage opener in the car we had turned for trade and my girlfriend talked to the sales manager who was supposed to personally retrieve for us but almost a week later still haven’t heard a word. Tried to get a hold of my salesperson to no avail. I am a repeat customer and unfortunately right now I may never come back

I was greeted by Ashley as soon as I got out of my vehicle. She answered all my questions. I was given a ride to work and back to the kia house as soon as my vehicle was ready.
