I had my Sorento in for oil change & warranty work & both times this week I was assured by Jacob. Very knowledgeable & kind. He even offered to wash my vehicle. I have had multiple KIA’s from this same location & they never disappoint when it comes to customer service!! A definite “A+“, as always!!

Key West Kia and ALL the staff are so customer oriented that not only do we take all model of cars in the family, we are converting all family cars to Kia due to the superior level of quality they deliver! This is so refreshing during a time that most businesses are under staffed and customer service suffers. We are so happy with all departments of Key West Kia.
