Kia My Service

Well let me start by saying last week was my first time dealing with you people. I was there for only a remote starter installment witch five hours later was told that the module was defected and had to wait for you guys to order a new one. Today I went in cause the new one came in and was told it would take bout an hour but once again five hours later I was told they had the same problem but it was not the module and it was something else. On top of that when my car was returned to me and I went to start it up it took a while to start up. They told me it could be the battery but my car was just fine when I brought it in. They took it back in and returned to tell me that it had something to do with the fuel pump but it can’t be cause my car was perfect and with no issues when I brought it in. They told me I had to wait till Monday to speed with the boss. So I left and when I got on the highway the engine light came on. So nope I’m not satisfied with your service. I hope you guys could resolve and fix what you guys damaged. Sincerely and unsatisfied customer

all I can say Kattie she was on point of how my car was doing and so attended to my need of refreshment of me for waiting in the lounge area to have some drinks and cookies which they were the bomb by the way so I give 5 stars for her service and I'm glad that I'm a custom of Blatt Blatt like family to me thank you.

No one needs to call me to discuss. I appreciate being squeezed in for my check engine light and my oil change. It was done fairly quickly. I don’t appreciate the lack of Customer Service provided by Gino. He was extremely rude, looked incredibly angry and wasn’t willing to answer any of my questions regarding what was done due to the recall or allowing me to ask questions regarding my invoice or the cost of an oil change. He made me feel incredibly uncomfortable with his angry demeanor. I am grateful that someone else came to give me an update in a professional manner. I have noticed a very high turnover rate and decrease in customer service since change in ownership. I haven’t felt very welcomed to bring my Business or future Business. The last time I called to schedule an oil change I heard one of your employees yelling at a woman in your service department.
