Once again, no communication. Dropped off car Monday at 7:00, I had to call on Tuesday around 1:15 for an update. Was on hold for over 20 minutes then I hung up. Finally they called to let me know the car was ready.

I was told that there was a leak in my tire and that I need to replace all 4 of my tires. I picked up my car and THERE WAS NO LEAK. My car probably had something wrong with the tire sensor. I am dissatisfied of Kia’s dishonesty.
