Michael is the standard of how an advisor should conduct business. He is Honest-Trustworthy-and has integrity. He takes the time to explain why the something needs to be done. As a business owner myself his customer service is exceptional. When your customer service is on point you generate relationships. The goal is to turn a customer in to a client. Gino was wonderful to work with. He made the experience of not knowing what was wrong with my Kia insightful and actually pleasant. He is a true gentlemen and service advisor. A true keeper for the company! If I could double his pay I would!

You charged me 155.00 and was to tell me everything wrong with my car
You guys didn’t even know that what was making all the noise was a hose you guys wanted to charge me 3300.00 to fix it but I took it to a muffler shop and paid 265.00 for same thing you was gonna fix He is the one who found hose that was busted Last time I was in there 2 weeks ago you guys told me I had a leak in my oil pan This time you never even said a thing about it. I took it 3 places all said no leak I even

I had an appointment .. I drop off my car at 11am and pick it up around 4:30pm . Just so she can tell me they didn’t have time to check my vehicle.. My Jeep been leaking oil and it’s smells like burn. I have 2 small children so I need it that to get fix …I just waste my time for nothing dropping my car. I’m so disappointed .why make an appointment? If they know going to help me out by checking my vehicle.

Big Tex (Jarvis) was friendly and knowledgeable on everything. I told him what I wanted, he walked me to that car, I test drove it. 3 hrs I was driving off in the car. Thank you so much!! Everyone is very friendly. ????

i sent 2 text messages about the status of my van and left one phone message, and no response. My son drove to kia and found out it was ready. i requested updates as to cost and when ready.
