You had my car since August and neglected to give me my complimentary wash and vacuum. My daughter and I asked about pricing on one of your “As Is” used vehicles, we were too busy to talk with a salesperson, so I just wanted the asking price. The young man came back with a ridiculous price for the vehicle in question and actually laughed in my face when I thanked him. He must think all women are stupid about cars. I had a terrible experience with Crown and was hoping things had changed with the Peltier ownership. I made my first car deal at the age of 18 with Henry Lewis and he complimented my Daddy on schooling me. Please believe I’ve learned more since then. I will keep driving to Dallas to purchase just like I have my last 3 Kias
