My tire air pressure wasn't checked and I had a low tire warning that wasn't resolved until I picked up my car. Matt noticed it and had it fixed.

My wife sat at work 2 hours after she was off waiting for a call saying her car was done. I had to call and see if it was done only to be told it had been done for at least an hour and that someone should have called. It was a major inconvenience for my wife and she was pissed having to sit at her job after working 10 hours already.

Was charged $90 for an oil change. Only realized when I went to pay my bill, asked why she didn’t inform me ahead of time. Never in the 8 years of owning my vehicle have I ever gotten synthetic oil, had I been told I would have declined, and opted for a regular oil change! Not very pleased with my visit.

First time attending the Covina Valley location, and I have to say that the service that Karen provided was exceptional. She gave me helpful suggestions, checked prices and made sure that parts needed were available. It was a detail oriented experience, something that I haven’t experienced at other KIA locations. Thank you Karen for your assistance and dedication!
