Price of oil change went up nearly %40. I have a 10 year old car and don’t need synthetic oil. This should have been disclosed to me when I made the appointment a month ago. This will be my last service with Kia and I’m not purchasing my next vehicle there, and influencing subordinates to do likewise. Honesty and transparency are key. Kia failed in those respects.

They had my car for 1 week and I had to take the bus to work. I have kept in contact with the dealership but they didn't reply back. So, I went on my day off just to find out they couldn't do anything.

I am great-full for the service department! There was a mix up when my son dropped of my vehicle for the oil change. The service department found the issue and still took care of my vehicle. Their service team is A1!!

Peltier Kia has the best service dept by far in East Texas. Everyone greeted me with a smile, I even met some new people in service and had a good time while I waited for my vehicle. They even noticed one of my hubcaps was bent and needed to be replaced and replaced it without me even asking. I enjoy bringing my car here and peltier’s service dept is the only one for me.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. She did an excellent job making me feel welcome as I came for my appt several hours early as I was in the area.
They brought me right in and took care of my vehicle. Such an added plus they washed it. Especially after the dirt and grime from the recent snow storms. Thank you Kia. Keep up the good work. After many years of having cars I finally have found a place I trust! Thank you!

Ashley was fabulous. She was very polite when I called to set an appointment for a recall on my soul. She offered me a ride back to work while my car was being worked on. She also let me know when my car was ready and had a car waiting on me after I got off work. Ashley is the best.

I have a recall on 2014 Kia Optima and Covina Kia said they would call me when they receive part during week. Never received a call!
I went to get a smog test and this test center notified me of recall.
Covina Kia should follow up with customers on status of parts on back order.
