Your service people should acknowledge costumers by saying, we will right with you when you enter the building instead of camping on the phones and talking with coworkers.

I'm very grateful my car was fixed in a very timely manner. The service was great but the interior of the car was completely covered in mud, the steering wheel and shifter was also muddy. I don't know if it was towed like that? Also the car was completely on empty I barely made it to the gas station. Not sure if that's part of customer service but I would have paid for that service to be done. Otherwise you guys are great and I thank you!

My furst experience was great. Everyone was courteous and professional. Most of all, my car was ready in the time that had been given to me by the person who set the appointment for me.

My appointment was not noted and Mr. Harrison was very understanding and said they will get my car finished. I am not sure how my appointment was scheduled for a time that they do not normally offer. Mr. Harrison was very professional.
