I’ve never had such horrible customer service. We are shopping for another car and currently have two other family me members looking for new cars and we will be sure to tell them to steer clear of this dealership. Mike and Gordon really need to take some customer service and management training because they are really in the wrong line of work.

I was taken care of quickly. Jim was a gem. As I suspected I had picked up a nail somewhere. The tire was changed quickly and the car washed. Unexpected expense but it goes with car ownership. He was very pleasant.
