Expected delivery was 10:15. Actual pickup was close to noon. I had to inquire as I had heard from no one at 10:30. Thirty to forty minutes was more was underestimated too.
Though I do appreciate the car wash.

first time I had 2 employees walk to my car open door … Say good morning and 1 of them putting the plastic on my seat… gee I was surprised ….walked in and Jonathan was efficient but n helping me.. and all went well .. I was there for recall .. my appt was at 9am was little late and I apologized… car was done at 11:20…

I am satisfied and I want to repeat this I am fully satisfied with the person who helped me what I'm not satisfied with is you sent me home and that letter put me in a state of fear because the recall said that my van can be a fire hazard and I'm hoping because it's a Kia 2008 and I just purchased it a year ago that there's nothing else wrong with it and I was told that my particular Kia had a few recalls recalls and I wish that you guys would have honored me with them
