My service visits to Covina Kia since 2012 have been beyond satisfying. If it wasn’t for Mike Connelly I would have taken my car for service elsewhere. I highly recommend working with Mike. He is personable, knowledgeable and honest. He thinks outside the box and always has a smile for me and other customers.
He has even assisted my daughter with her Kia Forte.
We LOVE Michael Connelly!

Dealer tried to say they recommended an alignment on a $15k mile car. When I asked why, the reply was Tyler roads. Also quoted $60 on a cabin air filter I can buy for$22. Lastly some random sales guy came through asking people what their current payment was . I have 2 new vehicles from this dealer and normally felt good when leaving. This time, I felt pissed off.

The complimentary car was was not even offered. Do not know if all the fluids and filters were checked and topped off. And at $81 the cost is a bit expensive.
