I was completely satisfied with the treatment of your personal and how they handle our visit. I was very impressed that they left the car cleaner when I left then when I brought it there and they also did it in a timely matter and I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

I was more than satisfied with everything from my call setting up my appointment, by the way I was treated when I got there to them being very informative on what they were doing and the process and what needed to be fixed in my car.Aristeo was very knowledgeable of the process and explained even what needs to be done in the future to keep my car at its best potential.Great Job Aristeo and Kia of Tyler crew.I give 5 stars.I will recommend Kia of Tyler and we be back for future services.

My car not fix
Engine light still on now I need a engine and Kia want me to pay $38,000 and it's their fault

Brian was able to get me in to get my car checked with no issues. He understood my situation and made sure my car was serviced quickly and efficiently. He continuously updated me on the status of the work being done on my vehicle. He was very polite and professional.
