Samuel was great and helpful. He kept me informed as of what was going on. On an unrelated note I was surprised that no one approached me when I went out to the lot to look at cars. There was a blue Kia Soul that had my interest. I would have asked questions and maybe considered getting a new car. They have a number you text but I’m not interested in doing that.

Especially as a single older woman it is really nice to have friendly and honest service and advice on my beloved Kia Soul. Wish it didn’t take 3 weeks for an appointment, but I understand labor and housing shortage on our island.

just that one yellow box was checked and it wasn’t addressed if i wanted to fix the issue other than that i will return for oil change and the yellow box issue soon

Waited over 2 hours for service with an appointment. Service over priced, looked up another dealership where service was much cheaper. Will not be coming back.

They kept me apprised of my truck when it was at the Dodge dealer and getting a loaner to me. Once they got the vehicle they did an awesome job on my brakes

Good friendly service.Tye took good care of me and the lady that drove the courtesy car was very friendly also. Your dealership experience is excellent, a lot of attention to small detail.
