The guidelines they have to work by **** and Kia corp should be ashamed that they have them. Hard working people but their cars and expect service and support from the brand they bought instead they use the guidelines to weasel out of taking care of their customers it’s not service dept it’s Kia corporation that needs adjusting

Micheal did not do everything he was supposed to do with my car. He played us and charged us for maintenance that was not complete. There was work that needed to be done on my car and he didn't even tell me. I got a second opinion to check over his request and it was not complete. 0/10.
