Tuesday morning all 4 tires had a different amount of pressure in each tire. I found this aggravating because I now have to find someplace to check the pressure in each tire and correct it.

It took over two hours to get an oil change after I made an appointment. I was not told they were running behind but left to sit there until I asked. At the two hour mark, my car was just being started. James was incredibly professional and the service was comped. However, my engine service was not reset and I still have the service warning when I turn my car on. I would have rescheduled if I were told upfront it would be over two hours.
